Jason joined Carpenter Hazlewood Delgado & Bolen in 2006 and is a Partner in the Prescott office. Although based in Prescott, Jason represents clients all across the State of Arizona. Jason’s practice focuses on all aspects of business, corporate and transactional law for community associations, nonprofits, religious organizations and businesses. His practice also includes extensive experience in community association collection and enforcement litigation and occasional labor and employment law advice. Whether reviewing contracts, drafting governing documents, providing legal opinions, or negotiating complex real estate transactions, he offers valuable experience and perspective on matters he handles for clients. Jason also frequently publishes articles and presents seminars on community association issues.

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing or playing golf and rooting on his favorite NFL team, the Arizona Cardinals.
